Policies & Terms
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional labor, repairs, or materials required after work begins may result in additional charges. Approval of an estimate, invoice, quote, design, or work order constitutes authorization to proceed with the project.
A deposit may be required before scheduling or beginning work. Once vinyl, graphics, specialty materials, or project-specific products have been ordered, all deposits become non-refundable. Materials are purchased specifically for each customer's vehicle and cannot typically be returned or reused.
Dragon Wraps TX accepts cash, major credit cards, and approved financing options. Final payment is due immediately upon project completion and before vehicle release unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Failure to make payment when due may result in storage fees and other remedies available under applicable law.
Due to the custom nature of vehicle wraps, graphics, and specialty services, payments for completed labor, ordered materials, custom designs, and completed projects are non-refundable. Dragon Wraps TX reserves the right to inspect and address any workmanship concerns before any other remedy is considered.
We are committed to providing quality workmanship and customer service. If an issue arises, customers agree to notify Dragon Wraps TX and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern before pursuing payment disputes, chargebacks, or legal action.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition for wrapping. Existing paint damage, body damage, rust, oxidation, repainted panels, aftermarket repairs, or previous wrap installations may affect adhesion, durability, removal, and final appearance. Dragon Wraps TX is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions.
Project timelines may vary based on vehicle condition, wrap complexity, weather, design revisions, material availability, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimated completion dates are not guarantees.
Customers will be notified when a project is substantially complete and ready for pickup. Notification may be provided by phone call, text message, email, social media message, or any contact method provided by the customer.
Vehicles not picked up within twenty-four (24) hours after completion notification may incur storage fees of $50.00 per calendar day until the vehicle is collected and all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Storage fees are cumulative and become part of the customer's outstanding balance.
Vehicles left on the property without payment, pickup arrangements, or communication for an extended period may be considered abandoned to the extent permitted by Texas law. Dragon Wraps TX reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law regarding unpaid balances, storage fees, and abandoned property.
By authorizing work, customers acknowledge that materials may be purchased, labor may be performed, and services may be rendered specifically for their vehicle. Customers agree to contact Dragon Wraps TX regarding any concerns and provide a reasonable opportunity for inspection before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Dragon Wraps TX may provide signed estimates, invoices, approvals, messages, photographs, material invoices, completion records, and other documentation to financial institutions or legal authorities in defense of disputed payments.
Dragon Wraps TX may photograph, video record, and otherwise document vehicle condition before, during, and after service. Such documentation may be used for quality control, project records, dispute resolution, insurance matters, and promotional purposes.
Dragon Wraps TX shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services performed.
By requesting services, approving an estimate, paying a deposit, making a payment, delivering a vehicle for service, or otherwise authorizing work, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these policies and terms.
